I have care certificates from boards like Alison and Florence Academy, can i apply for sponsorship?

You need to check with your employer or agency as some care agencies do not transfer training and will give you face to face/ inhouse training for their own care certificate. Ofcourse for purposes of showing that you're qualified enough for the position it is always wise to have these qualifications that boost your CV.
